NASBA Digital Home Tele-Training Takes Off!
When NASBA planned a 12-month course in home automation technologies and the digital home market, we knew this
business opportunity was top of mind with many of our members. But, we had no idea that every session would
be "standing room" only.
From the start NASBA partnered with Roland Graham, an experienced home integrator, to design and deliver a
unique and highly-focused curriculum. Content is centered on business practices, sales techniques and
evolving technologies, and is intended for members just beginning to investigate this market or looking
for ways to take it to the next level. The format has also proven successful as we combine 1-hour team
presentations with an interactive Q&A that allows for an exchange of info and ideas without a large time
commitment.
It's never too late to join us. The remaining 2006 NASBA Digital Home Tele-Training sessions include:
- June 21: Marketing with Permission
Focusing on key services, building referral networks, and creating recurring business
- July 19: Entertainment PCs

- August 16: Client Management

- September 20: Video Technologies

The Secret Sauce
While traveling around the country I'm often asked by both CE and IT professionals, what the special
formula of success is to profitability in the Digital Home space. I'd love to say that if you
purchase "The Sauce" by XYZ Company that you will be assured success. However, you and I both know
the fallacy of that belief. What I do know is…

cards to open a door and make it easy for users to access content from multiple sources with a single
remote control and an intuitive interface.
